Return window: 14 days from delivery (unless otherwise stated).
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Some items may be excluded (e.g., perishable goods or customized products)—specify as needed.
Return Process:

We’ll issue a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds:
Inspected upon return: If approved, refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges:
If stock permits, exchanges are possible; otherwise, refund applies.
Return Shipping:
Customer covers return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.
